Constructed of a red cotton rayon blended base, overlaid by double sided white discs measuring 19 cm in diameter, both bearing cotton mobile swastikas, the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for the insertion of a bar or drawstring for suspension, unmarked, measuring 41 cm (w) x 65 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling throughout the base material, in better than very fine condition.
