Bretagne This volumeThis work offers an original interpretation of the "Gynecological Papyrus of Kahun", which is one of the oldest medical papyri known to date. Some date this papyrus to the reign of Senusret III Middle Kingdom, 12th Dynasty, c. 1860 BC , others, less categorical, to the last third of the 12th or even the beginning of the 12th Dynasty end of the Middle Kingdom beginning of the Second Intermediate Period. Very fragmentary, it was about 1 m long and
