Constructed of off white paper with black ink, featuring typewritten particulars to HEINZ HAASE, who was born on 11 August 1923 in Tribsees, Kreis Grimmen, who was sworn into Waffen SS service on 21 June 1940 and entered active service on 29 October 1940 with an artillery unit, and who attained the ranks of SS Oberkanonier (1 June1941) and SS Sturmmann (1 October 1941) with SS Gebirgs Artillery Regiment Nord, 6th SS
