The fabric is a light weight pure cotton with a crispy and noisy texture. The colour is just off the white. It is finely built, entirely hand sewn, trimmed with some large insert of broderie anglaise and frills. The petticoat closes at the waist with one button closing, the waist is quite large and would need to be tightened. This
