Domaine de Fontsainte Corbieres 'Gris de Gris' Rose, 2024 1.5L bourbon cream Pair this with a ribeyeThis ros is made from 90% Grenache Gris, 5% Carignan, and 5% Mourvedre. Pair it with chicken or veal milanese. The ros is made by the saigne method, in which the winemaker will "bleed" off some of the juice used to make their red wine. This makes the red wine more concentrated, and allows the winemaker to express the same blend of grapes in two fashions. The ros juice maintains a slight tinge after seeing very minimal skin contact.
