'Rajapuri' only reaches 8' tall, but it is twice as wide due to the giant tropical green leaves. M. 'Rajapuri', which is a midget by banana standards, makes up for its small stature by being able to flower in only 9 months, compared with 18 months for most varieties. Here in Zone 7, we recommend caging the trunk in the fall and
