Budget Mulch Matting See a list of allBudget Mulch Budget Mulch is produced from processed locally collected kerbside greenwaste. Improves moisture retention, encourage worm and microbial activity, suppress weeds, reduce sharp changes in soil temperature and prevent soils from repelling water. As the mulch breaks down it will further add organic material back to the soil. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the recycled nature of this product, it may contain occasional rubbish and other inorganic
