Approximately 9 months in concrete vats and used French oak barrels

Cantine Ermes 'Epicentro' Nero d'Avola Riserva Sicilia - 2023 (750ml) Georgia This is a superb babyEpicentro is a powerful wine with intense ruby red color verging on violet. It has a wide and elegant bouquet, enhanced by integrated mineral and wild fruit elements mingling with delicate hints of cherry. The mouth has a sweet, ripe and soft feel to it. The tannins are perceptible and well balanced. The aftertaste is fruit filled, harmonic, long and persistent Danielle Callegari 89 Points, Wine Enthusiast
