Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Rosé de Pinot Noir Bourgogne, 2022 kermit jasmine and beeswaxThis wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir. 85% of the grapes come from Hautes Cte de Beaune, with the other 15% from Santenay, from 55+ year old vines. Clay and limestone soil for bursting freshness and acidity. The Pinot Noir grapes are direct pressed, and aged in 2 3 year old barrels. A very juicy ros with wild strawberry and citrus on the palate. Enjoy this with chicken cooked your way: roasted, fried, grilled, tenders, cutlets, you name it!
