Foradori 'Morei Cilindrica' Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti, 2020 apertivo Please savor with opulent lobsterThis wine is made from 100% Teroldego, grown organically on alluvial clay and gravelly, pebbly soils. Morei is an experimental single vineyard bottling, where the wine goes through its usual untouched maceration in clay tinaja for 8 long months, and 1 3 of the wine gets transferred into cilindrica, where it spends an additional 12 months away from its skins. The cilindricas are large unlined clay pots, that impart lots of flavor and allow the wine to
