KHODYACHIKH TATIANA, Bicchierino in ceramica decorato e riparazione kintsugi (lacca urushi nera e colorata), produzione 1925-1945 circa vasi but by a complex systemHandcrafted cup turned on a lathe and coated with a light glaze, intermittently marked by an irregular craquel. The lines are painted with a brush while rotating the piece on the lathe: a simple decoration typical of everyday Japanese folk ceramics. The fractures, clearly visible even on the inside, have been repaired with black urushi lacquer; the missing fragment has been reconstructed in lacquer and repainted with colored urushi, echoing the lines
