This design is based on a work by Jan Voerman sr., the painter who spent his entire life documenting the IJssel floodplains near Hattem, earning him the nickname 'the IJssel Painter'. Voerman was born in 1857 in Kampen as the son of a cow farmer. Cows were a constant part of his childhood; he grew up among livestock. Later, he
