Dimensions at widest points are approximately 150 mm x 95 mm x 70 mm. thick. Weighs 1,042 grams. Studies have shown that these are probably the oldest agates in the world with an age in excess of 2 billion years. They occur in the Maddina Formation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
