The deciduous Clematis ochroleuca 'Penny's Bend' emerges in early spring, forming a 15" tall x 2' wide mass of stems, each ending in an ochre colored bell shaped flower. As the flowers fade, they are replaced by breathtakingly beautiful 2" wide bronzy seedheads, which remain well into
