Azienda Agricola Denavolo 'Dinavolino' Vino Bianco, 2020 bordeaux blend Grown in clay and limestoneThis wine is made from 25% Malvasia di Candia, 25% Ortrugo, 25% Marsanne, and 25% of an unknown varietal, called Altro Locale, meaning "other place". We would pair it with butternut squash ravioli. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 8 9 months in stainless steel, making this a classic orange wine. It is extremely fruity and floral with soft tannins. The grapes are from a combination of 37 and 10 year old vines planted to clay and limestone
