Romania, Kingdom. An Order Of The Star, V Class Knight, Military Division, c. 1940 Newly Listed constructed of a gilded brass(Ordin "Steaua Romaniei"). Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932 1947). In silvered bronze with red, green and blue enamels, unmarked, gilt monogram of King Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 42. 15 mm (w) x 66. 5 mm (h inclusive of its crown suspension), intact enamels, very light contact, correct replacement modern ribbon with hook and eye, near mint.
