Salice Salentino DOC Riserva "Carati" 2019 - Masseria Sanpolo Bio delicate flowers and light spicyA full bodied and territorial red , the Salice Salentino DOC Riserva Carati 2019 from Masseria Sanpolo is born from a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera , aged in wood to obtain complexity and depth. In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour , while on the nose rich aromas of cherry jam, dates, vanilla and liquorice emerge. On the palate it is full, warm and enveloping , with vigorous but well integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
