This centuries old method involves stitching a welt to the uppers and outsoles, creating a strong, long lasting bond. When the soles eventually wear, a cobbler can replace them without disturbing the rest of the shoe, giving each pair a long life. The uppers are cut from our signature Italian vegan leather in a warm chestnut tone, made with 69% bio
