He purchased his favorite vineyard from his former employer and uses fruit from that vineyard to make this complex dry Riesling. Layered with aromas of floral, jasmine, apple blossom and following with flavors of minty bergamot oranges, this spans a range of flavors as it passes across the palate. The palate is slightly firm textured with a drying sensation in the finish.
