Subtle pear and apricot fruit on the palate with mineral notes and bright refreshing acidity on the finish. Blend: 85% Grenache Blanc, 12% Picpoul, 3% Roussanne TASTING NOTES: Aromas of honeysuckle, nuts, orchard fruit, lemon confit and fresh herbs, with a slight saline edge.
