Made from 100% organic Chardonnay, this blend consists of 60% 2019 grapes, 20% 2018 grapes, and 20% 2017 grapes from Mareuil sur Ay 1er Cru, Oiry Grand Cru, and Chouilly Grand Cru. Fermented and aged in stainless steel and aged for 36 months on lees, this champagne has a dosage of 6g L for the perfect balance of crispness and complexity. Pair with raw oysters or Dover Sole.
