The cushion shaped head is set with a central deep blue emerald cut sapphire (just over one carat) raised above a halo of brilliant cut diamonds (60pts in total) which are themselves surrounded by an outer halo of calibr cut sapphires lined with millegrain. It's beautifully made, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with French marks and an attractive
